Welcome to Dorleto. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dorleto website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Dorleto.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Dorleto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for both landlords and tenants, Dorleto requires user verification.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Tenants may be required to verify their identity via a valid student ID, corporate email, or government-issued ID.
• Landlords must provide proof of property ownership or legal authorization to lease the listed property.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Landlord Obligations

If you list a property on Dorleto, you agree to the following:

• All property details, photos, and availability status must be accurate and up-to-date.
• You will not charge any hidden broker fees or commissions to tenants sourced through Dorleto.
• You have the legal right to rent out the property being listed.
• Dorleto reserves the right to unpublish listings that are deemed misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Tenant Obligations

If you use Dorleto to find a property, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with landlords and respect their scheduled visitation hours.
• Provide truthful information regarding your employment or student status if requested by the landlord.
• Understand that Dorleto is a discovery and scheduling platform; the final lease agreement is strictly between you and the landlord.

5. Platform Fees & Zero Brokerage

Dorleto operates on a "Zero Brokerage" model for tenants finding properties. We do not charge tenants a commission for renting a home. However, Dorleto may charge landlords for premium listing features, subscription bundles, or enhanced visibility. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dorleto acts purely as a technology facilitator connecting landlords and tenants. We do not own, manage, or inspect the properties listed on the Platform. We are not a party to any lease agreement or rental transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorleto shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, financial losses, or personal injuries arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or created an unsafe environment for other users.
